Build a PCB UV Exposure Unit

In this video I show you how to make a UV Exposure Unit which can be used to produce printed circuit boards. We will use a cheap UV insect killer unit and modify it to do the job.
For this project I used a 20W High Powered Insect Killer from Maplin (Product Code N98GR) cost £14.99.

Once build you will need to expose your PCB to this unit for between 2 to 2½ minutes before developing the PCB.
